Here the ridge was uneven in both width and height (2). Reducing it (3) equalized the site potentials for blade-vents (4-6). For the final prosthesis, after the tissues healed (7) adequately, copings were placed over the implant posts (8) to be picked up in the impression (9). The final prosthesis requires numerous prosthodontic skills (10-12).
